For a return due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item or another reason not caused by Ifti Shop, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Once the refund has been issued by Ifti Shop, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Some products may not be eligible for a standard return because of their nature, condition or applicable laws. Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery may also not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may not qualify for a refund if the package cannot be recovered or redelivered.
