Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@iftishop.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return procedure after delivery.

Can I return my purchase?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period refers to the time in which you must contact us and request a return after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a standard return, the item should generally be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, unless the item is being returned because it arrived damaged, defective or materially different from the product description.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send an item back until our support team has reviewed your request and provided return instructions.

Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@iftishop.com.

Please provide your order number and photographs or other information showing the issue. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item or another reason not caused by Ifti Shop, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product description, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

How long does my refund take?

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Once the refund has been issued by Ifti Shop, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Are there any items I can't return?

Some products may not be eligible for a standard return because of their nature, condition or applicable laws. Products that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery may also not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

For hygiene-sensitive products, returns may be restricted when the product has been opened, used or the protective seal has been broken.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may not qualify for a refund if the package cannot be recovered or redelivered.

Where do I send my return?

Do not send your purchase to a manufacturer or return address without authorization. Return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address will be provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.
