Jumped into setting up this beauty of a faucet and sprayer combo, and it's been a journey, let me tell you. First off, the whole thing's metal, which screams quality, except for bits of the hand sprayer. But here's the kicker: the install instructions are pretty much a paperweight, and they left us to play a guessing game with the hot and cold water lines because nothing's marked. Would've killed them to slap on a sticker or something to clue us in. After some trial and error, I figured out the cold water goes in the front, right by the diverter knob, and hot takes the back seat. And about that plastic guard meant to keep it safe in transit? I was bracing for a struggle but it slid right off after I cut away a couple of plastic ties. So, if you're handy and thinking of going DIY on this, it's not rocket science. Still, if DIY isn't your middle name, maybe keep a plumber's number handy. If you're game to tackle the install yourself, let me lay down some wisdom that's clearer than anything you'll get out of the box. Best to build it from the bottom up, finishing off with connecting the faucet. Trust me, it's a smoother ride this way. And those extension lines they throw in? Didn't need 'em. But do yourself a favor and rig up some shut-off valves on your supply lines – just a good life pro tip. Once everything's hooked up, crank the water back on and do a full-on leak check as you give it a test run. Fingers crossed my ramblings save you a headache or two. Happy installing!

Went for this tub filler because it looked great and the price was right. Install was smooth, and I was loving the look and function... until the shower diverter decided to pop off out of nowhere. This happened about five months in, barely used. Turned out the original diverter was over-tightened and broke.

Installation was a breeze, especially since it's designed for floor-installed hoses. We had to get creative with our wall-installed ones, but it worked out. The only downside is it takes a while to fill the tub because of the slow water flow.
Everything's working and looking great, but it could do with a higher flow rate. Takes about 10 minutes to fill the tub halfway.
